1. Project Details

• The information provided about the Envogue 2.0 project, including layouts, amenities, and specifications, is subject to updates as per the developer’s discretion and statutory approvals.

2. Booking and Payments

• Booking of apartments or commercial spaces requires the submission of a duly filled application form along with the specified booking amount.
• Payment schedules must be adhered to as per the agreement. Delays in payments may attract penalties or cancellation of the booking.
• Prices mentioned are subject to change without prior notice, depending on market conditions and other factors.

3. Possession and Delivery
